● 9:00–17:00 – Shuttles (from Sports park Pale)
● 9:00–17:00 – Timing (one track with multiple sections)

Event Details

● On Saturday all trails in Ajdovščina Mountain Bike Park will be open all day. See map below. More on park
● One trail will be marked and prepared for timing. It will be split in multiple sections. Map will be posted online in advance.
● Shuttle registration is limited to 150 entries. Note: the shuttle plate can be transfered between riders!
● Shuttles loading: Sports park Pale; unloading: turn on road to Predmeja.
● No self-shuttling allowed. Thanks for your understanding.
● An info point will be set up in a Kamplc tent in Sports park Pale. Bike tune-ups and suspension tune-ups available as well as advice for less experienced riders.
● Food and drinks will be available on venue.
● Guided riders (three for different levels) scheduled for Sunday. Free of charge. Registration all Saturday long in Kamplc tent.

Entry fee:
40 € with shuttling (limited to 150 entries)
20 € without shuttling

Registration opens on Monday March 3, closes Monday March 17 at midnight.
No registration on spot.

Participation

The event is open to cyclists with or without competition licences.
It is recommended that the participant has adequate insurance.
The minimum age for participation is 11 years of age in the current year (i.e. born in 2013 or earlier). For under-age participants, the responsibility is taken by the guardian who signs the registration form.

Rules

Protection

From 17 years of age (2008 and older) riders can use open-face helmet. Knee pads mandatory. Long gloves, back protector and elbow pads are also recommended. Full face helmets and back protectors are mandatory for participants up to 17 years of age (2009 and younger).

Timing chips and activation

Participants collect their chips from the timekeeping service from 8:00. They are activated on spot and returned after the last arrival at the finish.

General propositions

● By paying the entry fee, the participant confirms that he/she agrees to the terms and conditions of these propositions and that he/she participates at his/her own risk (for minors, the responsibility lies with the parents who sign the entry form).
● Medical service is provided at the event.
● An electronic timing system will be used at the event. Participants are obliged to return the chips.
● The organiser reserves the right to change this notice and will inform participants in due time.
● In case of bad weather the event will be moved to March 29/30.
